 Designed by Italian fashion design house Missoni, the luxury gear will debut on flights to Italy and Paris next month Delta Air Lines has partnered with Italian luxury fashion brand Missoni to introduce a new suite of onboard amenities for its premium passengers, with new goody bags hitting the skies next month.

Starting mid-July, passengers flying on Delta One—the airline's most exclusive offering—will be given a Missoni-designed amenity kit, complete with all the in-flight essentials from skin and dental care products to earplugs and socks.

The navy blue utility bag will be embroidered with Missoni's signature zigzag pattern, exuding the class of the famous luxury fashion house. Meanwhile, the inside of the bag will feature an exclusive pattern and blue-gray color palette that evokes the view from 30,000 feet while paying homage to Delta's nearly century-old history.

Inside, guests will find a range of skincare products from Australian natural brand Grown Alchemist, a bamboo toothbrush with toothpaste, an eye mask, earplugs, socks and even a pen. Delta One passengers will also be provided with an exclusive Delta One bedding set. 

featuring a cozy blanket, oversized pillow and comfortable slippers.In addition to amenities, Delta's partnership with Missoni will see the Italian fashion brand apply special details and touches to its newest Delta One Lounge in New York (JFK). 

The new 36,000-square-foot lounge, which will be Delta's largest premium lounge, is scheduled to open in JFK Terminal 4 on June 26, and Business Traveler will be there to report on its first look one day before it opens to the public.

“The Missoni-designed amenity kit, along with the unique design elements that will be featured in our Delta One Lounge at JFK, will offer a distinct and sophisticated upgrade to our most premium space.

Additionally, the adjustment of the Delta One Lounge at JFK marks an important new frontier for our lifestyle approach. We are excited to partner with Delta on the Delta One experience.”

Missoni's new amenity kit will initially be available to all Delta One passengers on transatlantic flights to and from Paris and Italy before rolling out to all flights with Delta One cabins in September. 

Meanwhile, Delta Premium Select passengers will continue to be served with amenities designed by environmentally friendly Mexican brand, Someone Somewhere.
